  What this kit is

  This kit keeps your original Mazda MX-5 ND instrument cluster hardware and electronics, so your odometer and other vehicle data remain unchanged. Only the dial face is replaced with a new stainless-steel layout designed to feel like a proper driver’s instrument rather than a simple dress-up panel.

  The goal is not to make the cluster flashy for car meets, but to give ND owners who plan to keep this car for a long time a gauge that feels as carefully made as the way the car drives.

  Material and feel

  The dial surface uses finely machined stainless steel, finished in a way more commonly seen on high-end watches and audio equipment than on mass-produced car interiors.

  Daytime contrast and nighttime illumination are tuned so that commonly used speed ranges remain easy to read at a glance, while adding a more focused, neo-classic look to the ND cockpit.

  The White Dial layout shares the same numeral font and scale design, but instead of the numerals and markings themselves lighting up like on the Black Dial, a continuous ring around them glows. It stands out more when viewed from outside the car and creates a stronger contrast between the way the cluster looks in the daytime and at night.

  Scale selection – match your factory speedometer

  • 240 km/h – for clusters with a 240 km/h maximum
  • 140 MPH – for clusters that read in mph up to 140 mph
  • 200 km/h – for clusters with a 200 km/h maximum

  Please choose the same scale as your current factory speedometer.

  Instrument cluster type – match your car

  • Type A – with full-color TFT multi-information display
  • Type B – with standard monochrome LCD (no multi-information display)
