How do I install the product?

All products come with an English installation manual. The manual includes color photographs to ensure a smooth installation process. For particularly complex steps, we provide links to video tutorials. If you encounter any difficulties, we offer online support to assist you.

Is after-sales support available for the product?

If any issues arise after installation, we will provide appropriate advice to resolve the problem.

What is the warranty period for the product?

Since our products are not electronic devices and are highly durable, we do not specify a warranty period. If installed according to the manual and used within reasonable limits, damage or deterioration should not occur. In particular, our stainless steel products are more durable than aluminum ones, which is why we prefer stainless steel. If adhesive parts detach during use, please contact us. We do not charge for repairs, but we kindly ask you to cover the round-trip shipping costs.

I can’t determine which product is compatible with my vehicle.

For products with multiple specifications, we can suggest the most suitable option. If you are unsure which product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. We may request photos of your vehicle for confirmation, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Why is the product price different from the Japanese domestic website?

This is due to exchange rates. We use a fixed internal exchange rate, which may be adjusted if there are significant changes in the global economy. Additionally, some products for international customers may have different specifications from those sold in Japan. In some cases, international shipping fees are incorporated into the product price.

Order and Cancellation

How do I place an order?

Can I cancel my order?

All our products are made to order. Once we receive your payment, the sales contract is finalized, and we immediately begin production based on your order details. Therefore, cancellations after payment are not accepted. However, changes to specifications or additional options may be possible, so please feel free to contact us.

Can I change the size or color after completing my order?

Since our products are made to order, some specifications and colors may be changeable while others may not. Please contact us first to confirm.

Can I place an order by phone or fax?

We do not accept orders by phone or fax. All orders must be placed online through our website.

Shipping

Can I change the shipping address after completing my order?

If the product has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the shipping address. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped within approximately 14 days after payment. Some products may require additional production time. If shipping exceeds 14 days, we will inform you in advance. Please understand that, due to the nature of our products, immediate shipment is not possible.

How much is the shipping fee?

We use Japan Post’s EMS service. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $29.9 worldwide and is added to the total product cost.

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

As this is an international shipment, delivery dates and times cannot be specified. However, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment, which you can use to check the delivery status online. You may be able to arrange a delivery date with your local courier service.

Can you ship within Japan?

This platform is for international shipping only, so we do not ship within Japan.

Payment

Can I change the payment method after completing my order?

Once payment is completed, the payment method cannot be changed.

What payment methods are available?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Refunds and Exchanges

Can I exchange the product I received?

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The product I received was damaged or defective; can I return or exchange it?

If you receive a defective product, we will accept a return or exchange. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the item and return it to us. We will reimburse the return shipping costs, so please keep the receipt for any shipping expenses.

Taxes & Customs

Do I have to pay taxes and customs fees before delivery?

As our products are shipped directly from Japan, they may be subject to taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Can my package be declared to customs as a gift?

Due to shipping regulations beyond our control, we cannot declare orders as gifts at customs.
