Shipping Policy
This policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products sold by our company.
Product Delivery
When a customer purchases a product, we will deliver the product to the location separately specified by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Address").
We may entrust the delivery specified in the preceding paragraph to a delivery company or other third party (hereinafter simply referred to as "Delivery Company").
Delivery Timing
We will promptly deliver the products to the Delivery Address after the purchase is confirmed. However, please note that delivery may take time due to factors such as our business operations, work conditions, weather, traffic conditions, or the region of the Delivery Address.
We will not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to delivery delays caused by the following circumstances, and we will not refund or reduce any fees, including product prices or shipping fees:
・Unforeseeable and exceptional traffic disruptions
・Earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, landslides, or other natural disasters
・Suspension of operations, strikes, or other disruptions of the Delivery Company or public transportation
Shipping Fees
Customers are required to pay the designated shipping fee set by us as follows, unless we specify that shipping is free:

Handling When Delivery is Incomplete
If delivery cannot be completed due to the following reasons, we may retrieve the product and charge the customer for the costs incurred in the retrieval (including fees paid to the Delivery Company), and at our discretion, we may cancel the contract related to the product:
・The customer is absent at the Delivery Address and does not request redelivery within the storage period of the Delivery Company.
・There is an error in the information regarding the Delivery Address, preventing delivery.
・The recipient at the Delivery Address refuses to accept the product.
In the event that we suffer damages as a result of the circumstances in the preceding paragraph, we may claim compensation for such damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the customer.
Delays or Damage by Delivery Company
・We are not responsible for any delivery delays or product damage caused by the Delivery Company.
・In the event of a dispute or conflict between the customer and the Delivery Company, the customer shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and we are under no obligation to be involved in such disputes or conflicts.
Inquiries About Delivery
If we entrust delivery to a Delivery Company, please direct any inquiries about the delivery directly to the Delivery Company.
Relationship with Terms of Use
・This policy constitutes part of the Terms of Use, and for matters not provided for in this policy, the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply.
・If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Use, this policy shall take precedence.
